Refund policy

At Algo Eterno we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging (due to the nature of the kit, the clay must not have been opened or used).

How to request it

Write to us at tiendadeshopifyvictor@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We'll confirm the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and review the returned product, we'll process the refund to the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.

Defective products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos of the issue and we'll send you a solution at no extra cost.
